STR Accelerator is run by Emiliano Mazzoni ("I", "me"). This policy explains how I handle your personal information, in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

What I collect

When you fill in the enquiry form or contact me, I collect the details you give me: your name, email, phone number, budget range and anything you write in your message. If you become a client, I'll also collect information needed to provide my services.

How I use it

I use your information to reply to your enquiry, provide my buyer's agency or coaching services, and, if you've agreed, send you occasional emails about property and my services. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Who I share it with

I only share your information when it's needed to provide my services, for example with a mortgage broker or conveyancer you've agreed to be introduced to, or with the service providers that run this website and my email (such as Netlify and MailerLite). I don't sell your information.

Cookies and advertising

This site uses the Meta Pixel to measure how my ads perform and to show relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram. You can manage this through your browser settings and your Meta ad preferences.

Storage and security

Your information is stored with reputable providers, some of which may be located overseas. I take reasonable steps to keep it secure.

Access and corrections

You can ask to see or correct the information I hold about you, or make a privacy complaint, by emailing hello@straccelerator.com.au. If you're not satisfied with my response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
